MicrobiYUM Pumpkin Bread

All ingredients are organic, pasture raised and grass-fed/finished.

  • 1 cup coconut sugar

    1/3 cup Coconut flour

    2 tbsp Cassava flour

    1 tbsp Sunflower lecithin powder

    2 tsp Pumpkin spice

    1 tsp Cinnamon

    1/2 tsp Baking soda

    1/4 tsp Baking powder

    1/4 tsp Fine sea salt

  • 2 Eggs

    1 Egg white

    1/3 Cup melted ghee or butter

    1 tsp Vanilla extract

    5 tbsp Pumpkin puree

  • 1/3 bar of Honey Mama’s (your favorite flavor) cut into small pieces or sprouted walnuts.

    1/2 cup sprouted walnuts

    2 tbsp collagen

  • Preheat oven to 350° (this usually takes about 15 min). Combine wet & dry ingredients in one bowl and mix until you get a smooth consistency then add honey mama’s or walnuts. Apply butter to the bottom & sides of a bread or muffin pan and pour batter.

    Bake for approx. 25 min (20 for muffins) or until golden brown and the top begins to harden and slightly form cracks (this indicates that the bread is fully baked).
